Essential requirement for the above said item:-
1.
The rates should be quoted both in the words
and figures, and the quoted rate should include all charges including delivery
charges, VAT charges etc.
2.
Bidders can quote higher models instead of
above models.
3.
If after sale service is provided by a
separate agency / third party, it should either be an Authorized Service Centre
or Certified by Mother Company.
4.
Contact
office should be Kolkata based.
5.
Service
centre should be Kolkata based.
6.
Terms
& Condition of service support should be mentioned in the rate quoting
paper.
7.
All
subject / matter should be under Kolkata jurisdiction.
8.
The sealed tender accompanying all relevant
credentials should be dropped at the box kept at the office of ATI.
9.
The last date of submission of tender is
30/07/2010 up to 3.00 p.m.
10.
The
date of opening of the received sealed tender is 30/07/2010 at 4.00 p.m.
11.
Copies
of sale-tax and professional tax clearance certificates shall be attached with
the tender document and original shall be produced at the time of opening on
demand.
12.
Credential
certificate showing experience of similar nature of ‘supply’ and / or
‘services’ should be attached along with the tender document.
13.
Intending
bidders or his authorized representative may remain present at the time of
opening of the tender.
14.
The
authority reserves the right to reject/cancel any quotation or quotations
without assigning any reason whatsoever.

day from 10 A.M. to 5-30 P.M.
